Catfish 0.3  is used in Thunars custom actions.

Description:

• a file searching tool that uses only GTK+ 2. 
• frontend for different search engines (daemons) which provides a unified interface.
• Supported backends are find, (s)locate, doodle, tracker and beagle.

Locations:

1. XFCE Menu --> Accessories --> Catfish
2. Right click in any Folder and Click search.

Removing:

• Warning This will remove Catfish permanently. 

1. Open Terminal and execute this command.

   sudo aptitude purge catfish

2. Answer Y when asks Do you want to continue? [Y/n/?]
